This morning this little man was born after a very adventurous 24 hour journey into the world. He came out looking around ready to take in his environment. My favourite Pediatrician was on staff. He gave mom and dad their baby right away, then he did the baby checks after they had a bit to get to know their new son.
Here he is just a few minutes old looking deep into his mama’s eyes.
That moment happens no matter how your baby is born. It is magical.

My favourite part of this birth was the older brother. He was so mature and helpful during the entire birth. Here he is getting to hold his new little brother.
